Ontario Royals to move into 17,000 ft. Indoor Facility

The Ontario Royals Baseball Club are excited to announce their agreement to move into a new 17,000 sq/ft indoor facility starting June 2026.
The new training space – located only 10 minutes (13 km) from the Royals current indoor facility – will offer players the opportunity to develop and grow their game in a state-of-the-art training environment.
The new indoor training space will have over 11,000 square feet of turf space with 25-foot ceilings, separate and specific hitting, fielding, and pitching areas, as well as 2500 sq. ft of on-site weight-room/training space. This will now enable our athletes to receive the full scope of the Ontario Royals program under one roof.
“This move allows us to take the next step in growth as a program, and should allow our athletes to take the next step in development as ballplayers” says Ontario Royals President, Matt Mills.
Since their formation in 2003-04 the Royals organization has operated in Oakville and out of the 505 Iroquois Shore Rd. location.
“We have absolutely made the most out of our current space,” said Mills. “We’ve been creative – knocked down walls, reconfigured cages, added an outdoor field space – but ultimately we’ve outgrown the space and needed to find something that would allow us to continue our growth”.
The new facility - located at 1050 Pachino Court, Burlington – Unit #4 – will also feature a dedicated Player & Alumni Centre, College Placement/Meeting room, and office space for coaches and support personnel.
Work has already begun on the space, with cages going up and turf going down over the spring. There will be more information, pictures, and program updates in the coming weeks and months regarding our new training home!
